A Sound Bath is a meditation practice where you are submerged and surrounded in the sound of an array of healing instruments. It has the power to relieve the mind, body, and soul of stress, anxiety, and depression and will promote deep relaxation, a sense of well-being, expand awareness and enhance mental clarity, creativity, and intuition.

The Symphonic gong washes the body in a series of waves that reach the very depths of consciousness, moving through our tissues and organs, releasing blockages, restoring homeostasis and creating a profound sense of peace and relaxation.
The crystal singing bowls are tuned to correspond to the chakras and are one of the most powerful chakra balancing tools available. Other instruments that you will hear, like chimes, bells and the sounds of ocean waves will take you further into your journey of healing.

The Sound Bath will begin at 1:00pm so make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to setup your space. Please bring comfortable clothing and any props that help you to relax. We have yoga mats.
