Jillian is an E-RYT 500 International Yoga Teacher and adventure enthusiast. She has studied yoga extensively both in Los Angeles and in India. Yoga has been a part of her life since she was a small child, having been introduced to the practice by her mother and uncle at the age of five.
Jillian is passionate about sharing holistic Yoga teachings, and is an intuitive and compassionate teacher who cares deeply about her students.
She has worked with kids, teens, whole families, people in recovery, celebrities, professional athletes, and the elderly.
She has taught in numerous yoga studios around the Los Angeles area, as well as in India, Maui, and at Burning Man. She also leads yoga teacher trainings in India at Anand Prakash Ashram in Rishikesh and was the creatrix of the former Ganesha Haus Yoga Lounge in Brentwood.
Her classes are inspired by the styles of Vinyasa Flow and Akhanda Yoga, and are likely to include yogic breathwork, sounding and meditation. When taking her class, one can expect to laugh, break a healthy sweat, and to walk out feeling blissed out.
